Miramonti Green Residences Update for October 2020

Miramonti Green Residences: Construction update as of 29 October 2020

Investors, buyers and brokers are very pleased seeing the progress of the building construction of Miramonti Green Residences – Phase 1. Just last week, a couple who started their investment a few months ago visited our sales office. They are first time buyers who signed-up for reservation. They were amazed on what they saw; they are also excited to experience the luxury, the lifestyle and the leisure that Miramonti can offer. They are looking forward, with trust and confidence that Italpinas Development Corporation will deliver its promise to its stakeholders.

In real estate, there are 3 very important things to consider: Location, Location, and Location.

Miramonti Green Residences has everything to offer. The project is a sustainable green building with mixed-use development. Located in Sto. Tomas City, Batangas, the next Economic Hub of South Luzon, with over 50 Industrial Estates and Economic Zones in Cavite, Laguna and Batangas and other development in progress. The build-build-build program and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) projects here in South Luzon are in place.

The most significant government project to Miramonti Green Residences is the on-going construction of South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) Toll Road 4 (TR-4); this is a new four (4)-lane toll road from Sto. Tomas, Batangas to Tayabas /Lucena City in Quezon, 66.74 km. long. This project aims to improve the transport of goods and services from the Southern Provinces to Manila and vice versa. Shorten travel time, decongest, and reduce the volume of traffic plying the Pan Philippine Highway. It will enhance the economic efficiency of the existing South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), allowing to meet the increasing demand of traffic volumes due to the rapid growth of population, urbanization, and economic development of Quezon Province and adjoining provinces.
