STO TOMAS, BATANGAS – Last May 29, IDC’s top management, represented by CEO Arch. Romolo Nati, President Atty Jose D. Leviste and Senior VP. Mr. Harold Dacumos visited the building site of the Company’s latest project, Miramonti Green Residences, to monitor the progress of work.
To meet the visitors on site and to update them on the progress of the operations was the Project Manager, Engr. Elmer N. Isubol who, supported by a team of architects and engineers, is supervising the construction works.
These have been contracted out to D. L. Cervantes Construction Corporation, or DLCCC for short, known for delivering quality projects and services to its valuable clients for the past two decades of its existence.
The company is registered with the Philippine Contractor’s Accreditation Board (PCAB) and is categorized as a “AAA” contractor in General Engineering and is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
During the visit IDC’s managers had the possibility to check the ongoing works related to the structural works in particular to the completion of the sub structure works which, as ascertain during the visit, are on schedule and on time to meet the deadline for the completion of the first Phase, which has been fixed by December 2020.
This first of three identical high-rise mix-used towers, is to be built on a podium with residential, offices, parking and commercial spaces for a total of 21 floors. The amenities, located at the fourth floor, will include a swimming pool, fitness center, function hall and at the 21st floor, a sky garden covered by semi-transparent solar panels that will produce renewable energy for the common areas.
The visit gave the top managers the opportunity to meet also the sales team headed by Sales and Marketing Director, Ms. Aleli Villacorte, who informed them on the current number of units sold which is 216 out of a total of 352 units, bought mainly by Filipino citizens (around 83%).
Miramonti Green Residences, has recently won the prestigious Asia Property Awards 2019-2020 by The International Property Awards in the category of Best Mixed-use Development within the Asia-Pacific Region. The project was also awarded Best Innovation Project of the year by Lamudi-Outlook Property Award 2018, organized by the top Philippine real estate portal, Lamudi.
