Last June 16, 2020 – Italpinas Development Corporation’s Miramonti Green Residences at Sto. Tomas Batangas sponsored the 225th General Membership Meeting hosted by the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) CALABARZON Chapter with the theme of, “INITIATING MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM: ROLE OF ASSESSMENT.”
The People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) CALABARZON Chapter is a non-profit organization of human resource practitioners within Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon (CALABARZON). This is a professional organization of people involved in human resource management within the provinces covered by Region IV-A (CALABARZON) in the Philippines.
With Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) Chairman and CEO Arch. Romolo V. Nati as one of the speakers to present Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) development initiatives in the Philippines in Cagayan de Oro City – Primavera Residences and Primavera City and Sto. Tomas, Batangas – Miramonti.
The highlights of Arch. Romolo V. Nati’s presentation was on the three (3) pronged strategic approach of Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) in its development; a) Passive Green Design – which is taking advantage of climate to reduce drastically power and water consumption, b) targeting the new middle class market, and, c) developing projects located in emerging cities in the Philippines.
Arch. Romolo V. Nati highlighted in his talk the unique approach that IDC undertakes to incorporate in its unique designs of developing building projects, called Parametric Architecture, a process where the elements of nature inform the design. Where painstaking measures are taken into consideration on gathering climate data about the rain, wind speed and direction and they are incorporated in the unique designs of IDC’s projects. IDC is certified by EDGE for Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies and a member of the Philippine and United States Green Building Council.
Arch. Romolo V. Nati, in the latter part of his talk, focused on IDC’s MIramonti project located in Sto. Tomas, Batangas inside the LISP III Techno Park making it a strategic partner to PMAP CALABARZON Chapter whose main area of influence are the techno parks in Region IV A and a possible start of a strategic partnership with PMAP CALABARZON Chapter and IDC.
Miramonti, which in Italian means “view of the mountain”, is IDC’s first development in Luzon. Miramonti will harness green strategies with its distinctive Italian design.
The Miramonti Green Residences project is designed to consist of three towers to be developed in two phases. Miramonti Green Residences recently received the prestigious Asia Property Award 2019-2020 by The International Property Awards in the category of Best Mixed-use Development in the Philippines.
