BANGKOK- IDC -Italpinas Development Corporation, has been honored, for the third time, with the prestigious International Property Award-Asia Pacific for its soon-to-rise project Miramonti Green Residences, recognized as Best Mixed-Use Development in the Asia-Pacific Region.

IDC also won in the same category for Primavera Residences, in 2015, and for Primavera City, in 2017, for both sustainable mixed-use buildings located in Northern Mindanao. Its third and latest project, Miramonti Green Residences, has been selected by a highly experienced team of professionals among the best achievements of property professionals across the Asia Pacific region.

The International Property Awards participants comes from a distinguished ensemble of leading companies of working residential and commercial property and industry, such as architecture, interior design, property development and real estates.

IDC – Italpinas Development Corporation, is a publicly listed Italian-Filipino company which believes in delivering sustainable eco-friendly mixed-use projects in the Philippines. Its prime project in Uptown, Cagayan de Oro, the Primavera City and by Miramonti Green Residences, in Sto Tomas, Balangas are both under construction.

Giovanni Gusella, received the award plaque by the hands of Mr. Stuart Shield, President and founder of the International Property Awards, during the awards ceremony held on May 15 at the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, Bangkok.
