To bring its sustainable advocacies in Luzon, Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC), a recognized leader in the Green and Sustainable Building Design has started its development expansion in Santo Tomas, Batangas.
“We are honored to see the optimism shown by the government officials and its people towards our green building concept. Their warmful acceptance of the Miramonti project gives us more confidence in moving our green advocacy in Southern Luzon.” said Arch. Romolo V. Nati Chairman & CEO.
Santo Tomas, one of the booming cities in Batangas, has strict implementation when it comes to environmental protection throughout the place- which is also aligned to IDC’s green advocacies.
“As a company aimed to bring sustainable projects in emerging cities in the country, we believe the booming town of Sto. Tomas in Batangas is an ideal location for our third sustainable project. In fact, environmental protection is a topmost concern of the province which perfectly fits our ambition,” he added.
Miramonti, which means “facing the mountains” in Italian, is IDC’s first development in Luzon. Miramonti, a mixed used development will harness green strategies that is incorporated in its designs together with its authentic Italian Architecture. IDC is currently in construction in the first phase of the project. The phase development will feature residential, commercial, and parking units in total.
